Providing 3/4 level technical support, guidance and direction for products supported. Responsibilities include providing 24 X 7 offshore/remote support.

Participate in the recovery of application environments where required. Hardware /software fault detection and vendor liaison Liaise with customer accounts as required.

Analyse and resolve escalated problems within target. Candidate must be prepared to work within a team on a standby rota for 24x7 supports of customer systems (less)
