The American Consulate General, in Mumbai, is seeking an individual for the position of Realty and Housing Clerk , in the General Services Office (Housing Unit). Responsible for maintaining all files on short term leases and government owned properties for both residential and functional space.

Bachelors degree in any field is required. One year of office experience in administrative position.

Level IV (fluent) English (both oral and written); Level III (good working knowledge) Hindi/Marathi. Must have thorough knowledge of office automation and administrative procedures.

Good communication skills and must be computer literate and able to use MS Word, Access, Power Point, and Excel (less)
